Account Management
We will create and maintain the accommodations listing on the various different booking platforms and be the only stream of contact for all enquiries and bookings.
Around the Clock Check In
With the installation of Key Safes we will be able to provide a 24 hour check in service, of which all the details will be communicated out to the guests prior to their arrival. The access codes for the Key Safes are changed on a regular basis.
CCTV & Security
We will install Key safes and Video doorbells to all properties to ensure the safety of our customers but also the safety of staff and to the properties.
Quality Design
Using our experience with interior design and renovations, we will renovate and furnish your property to a premium level if required to ensure the highest occupancy rate possible.
Guest Communication
We will be the sole communication channel for all guests. Providing 24/7 communication before and during their stays.
Monthly Reports
We will provide monthly reports back to you with updates on the property, any maintenance concerns and feedback from guests.
